I recorded this message to educate people on the truth about choosing a Personal Injury Attorney. In the last few years, Lawyers from out of state have come to Massachusetts and launched television ads. They haven’t actually even established offices in the area, they just make connections with other firms to refer business. Even some of the local firms have launched TV ads to try to keep up. The irony of the “TV Lawyer” is that they rarely do exactly what they say, meaning they almost never are the person you will be dealing with or who will be handling your case. More importantly, the TV law firms are usually the firms that do not actually litigate and thus do not pose a threat to the insurance companies. Their business model is to spend resources on expensive advertisements with the goal being a high volume of cases. That means less individual attention to the client and usually by a less experienced attorney.

My firm is certainly not the only litigation firm in Massachusetts, but we are a very good one. I recorded this message in hopes that personal injury victims will see it and chose the right type of injury firm. The best part about choosing the right litigation firm is that the insurance companies know the reputation and your case will usually settle before court with a better Result.
